The meeting room policy essentially limits use to nonprofit and educational gatherings.

If you have a question about the rooms please phone the library.

Please call the library to reserve a meeting room

Facilities

We have projection screens, flip chart stands, folding tables and other helpful items. Chairs and tables can be moved from one room to another as needed.

There is a kitchen area with a stove, refrigerator and an oven. Please pre-arrange for use with the library. There also are bathrooms downstairs.

 Usage Sheet/Clean Up

So we can keep count of how many people find our meeting rooms necessary, please fill out one of the usage sheets that is available downstairs.

Because of limited staff, we ask that when you are finished using a room, you return it to the condition in which you found it.
